Shri Durgesh Pandey has been holding the post of Chief Executive Officer and Whole-time Director of National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited since January 06, 2020.

Shri Pandey is a Postgraduate in Statistics and holds a PG Diploma in Business Finance. He has completed JAIIB and done short term course in Advanced Credit Risk from Euromoney Training, U.K. and in Human Capital Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines.

With over three decades of experience in the banking industry, Shri Pandey brings valuable expertise to his leadership role at NCGTC. Under his guidance, the company has experienced rapid growth and success across all areas of its operations. He has been instrumental in the formulation and smooth implementation of various credit guarantee schemes under NCGTC, including the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme launched in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019.

Shri Pandey has held the position of Nominee Director on the Boards of several important institutions, including State Infrastructure & Industrial Development Corporation Uttarakhand Ltd., West Bengal State Financial Corporation, Assam State Financial Corporation and Bandhan Financial Services Ltd.
